Our fully equipped classical studio offers the full Pilates repertoire—not just the reformer. You’ll experience intelligent movement with a purpose. We also offer virtual sessions so you can safely begin (or continue) your Pilates journey from the comfort of home.

At Great Falls Pilates, we work with all levels—from beginners to elite athletes and everyone in between. Many of our clients are brand new to Pilates, some are recovering or managing injury, others just want to build strength and confidence. Age is never a barrier—our oldest client started Pilates at 80!

Founded in 2016 by Great Falls native Ashley Rose, we’re proud to serve the community we call home. As a sponsor of the Celebrate Great Falls Foundation and champion of all things local, we’re more than a fitness studio—we’re your wellness neighbors.

We specialize in spine care, osteoporosis, prenatal and postpartum recovery, orthopedic rehab needs and neurological support. Each instructor is comprehensively trained and mentored to offer expert-level care and truly individualized programming.

Owner Ashley Rose, PA-C, MPH, is a former spine-specialized Physician Assistant who practiced clinically at the VSI (formerly Virginia Spine Institute) in Reston, VA, working alongside the nation’s top spine surgeons. She brings deep clinical insight to your care—understanding the full spectrum of spine conditions, treatment options, and surgical pathways. If there was one movement Ashley prescribed to nearly every spine patient, it was Pilates. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or recovering from surgery, Ashley and the GFP team can help you move forward with confidence.

Since transitioning from clinical practice, Ashley has continued to refine her skills through extensive post-graduate training, certifications, and mentorship in the movement field. She has a trained eye for dysfunctional movement patterns and a proven approach to helping clients find lasting relief. Every instructor at Great Falls Pilates receives hands-on mentoring from Ashley in spine care, ensuring consistent, expert guidance throughout your sessions.

Pilates is a powerful full-body fitness system that is low-impact and disc-friendly. You'll learn to engage your true “powerhouse”—the deep abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles that support spinal stability. By improving alignment, posture, balance, and ergonomics, what you learn in the studio carries into everyday life. That’s where the magic happens—and where long-term healing begins.

Healthy Bones Program

We specialize in our Healthy Bones Program, designed for individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Our approach is rooted in modified Pilates and functional movement training to support safe, sustainable strength. We emphasize posture, core stability, and balance— key elements in fall prevention and lifelong mobility.

All sessions are taught by comprehensively trained instructors with specialty training from Ashley in bone health. We incorporate strategies that translate into your daily life. Clients are empowered with tools to move confidently, stay active, and protect their spine and hips.

Our Healthy Bones Program follows evidence-informed movement protocols that emphasize safe, functional movement. Through targeted training in posture, core support, balance, and proprioception, we help reduce fall risk and promote lifelong activity. Ashley, a certified clinical BoneFit® instructor through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF), is also a former spine-specialized Physician Assistant with advanced training in bone health and rehabilitation. We offer in-house bone health counseling and seasonal REMS Echolight Ultrasound bone density testing with renowned Dr. Andrew Bush to support a comprehensive and individualized approach to strong, resilient bones.
